Tired of doing the same basic landscaping or construction work every day?
We don't build ordinary landscapes. We build living water features - custom ponds, waterfalls, and aquatic ecosystems that people stop and stare at. If you're tired of boring, repetitive outdoor work and want to learn a specialized trade with a company that is growing, The Pond Digger may be the place for you.
Every job is different. Every project requires creativity, skill, discipline, and pride. When we finish a project, our crew can stand back and say, "We built that."
We are a family-run, tight-knit company building our brand and our team in a big way. We are looking for people who want more than a paycheck - people who want to grow, learn a specialized trade, and be part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way.
Inspiration - We create beautiful spaces that inspire our clients, our team, and the people who experience our work.
Discipline - We show up ready, work hard, stay focused, and do the job right.
Accountability - We take ownership of our work, our attitude, our safety, and our results.
Transparency - We communicate clearly, honestly, and respectfully with our team and our clients.
Alignment - We work together toward the same goal: excellent craftsmanship, a strong team, and a company we are proud to represent.
