Help Wanted – Pool & Spa Store Associate / Service Scheduler

Premier One Pool & Patio is hiring!

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable team member to join our Pool & Spa Supply Store and Service Department.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with pool and spa products, chemicals, parts, and equipment
• Answer phones and respond to customer questions
• Schedule and dispatch pool service appointments
• Coordinate service technicians and customer schedules
• Enter service calls, appointments, and customer information accurately
• Process sales and payments
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store
• Follow up with customers regarding service and scheduling

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
• Professional, friendly, and dependable
• Pool or spa experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
