Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to all pool guests
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, cabanas, and furniture
- Ensure guests are promptly offered amenities such as cold towels, water, and refreshments
- Monitor and manage pool towel inventory (distribution and collection)
- Partner with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Spa teams to ensure seamless service
- Greet and acknowledge guests by name whenever possible to elevate the experience
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times
- Assist with ongoing upkeep including cleaning furniture, cushions, and surrounding areas
- Support special projects and operational needs as directed by leadership

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in Housekeeping, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Regular bending, squatting, and reaching
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions (heat, sun exposure, and humidity)
