Pool Attendant

Overview:

Love sunshine, good vibes, and making people feel like they’re on vacation (even if they already are)? We’re looking for a Pool Attendant who can keep things spotless, safe, and just the right amount of fun. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero of the pool deck—part host, part lifeguard-adjacent (minus the whistle), part towel wizard.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout their poolside experience
• Set up and maintain lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels, and cabanas
• Ensure pool areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety and health standards
• Monitor guest activity to promote a safe and relaxing environment
• Refresh towels and amenities promptly
• Assist with food and beverage service as needed in coordination with the restaurant team
• Respond to guest requests with urgency and professionalism
• Enforce pool rules and hotel policies in a respectful and tactful manner
• Support opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the pool deck

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of pool safety standards is a plus
