Job Overview:
As a Pool Attendant, you’ll be responsible for monitoring all functions the pool area while interacting and providing high level customer service to homeowners and guests.
Your Responsibilities:
- Greet and register all homeowners and guests when at lifeguard desk
- Enforce pool rules, policies and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
- Complete daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain appropriate records
- Maintain clean and sanitary pool, pool area, restrooms and shower areas
- Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of High School diploma.
- Experience and training in customer service is highly desirable.
- Experience in an aquatic setting desirable.
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to identify hazards and take appropriate action
- Capable of working extended hours, to include evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary.
- Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying and moving objects that can weigh up to 45 lbs. This movement can occur throughout the day. Must also be able to climb several flights of stairs if necessary.
- Must be able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail oriented, and with good reasoning skills.

Compensation:
$14.50-$16.50 per hour
