    Job Description

    New Albany Country Club is now hiring Adult Pool Servers & Bartenders to join our team to help finish out the summer season. Enjoy working outdoors in a fun, fast-paced pool environment with consistent hourly pay — no tips required.

    Pay: $16.00 per hour (Non-Tipped)
    Must be 21+

    Responsibilities

    • Serve food and beverages to Members and guests
    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Maintain clean and organized pool bar areas
    • Assist with opening and closing duties

    Qualifications

    • Must be 21 years or older
    • Prior bartending or service experience preferred
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Weekend and holiday availability preferred
