The Cardiac Sonographer III, under the supervision of the Manager of Clinical Operations and Lead Cardiac Sonographer and in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures, performs advanced cardiac imaging for diverse patient populations. This role conducts a full range of echocardiographic examinations, including 2D/3D transthoracic studies, myocardial strain imaging, bubble studies, contrast echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and research-related imaging. The Sonographer independently prepares and positions patients, explains procedures, and correlates clinical history with the ordered examination to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging. In addition, the Cardiac Sonographer III assists physicians with stress and research echocardiograms and is responsible for timely reporting and documentation within the PACS system. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, clinical judgment, and the ability to work autonomously while supporting the cardiology team in delivering exceptional patient care.

Experience level: 2 years' or more required. Must demonstrate current knowledge and level of expertise generally obtained through national certification required to perform Echocardiography procedures. Adult 2D/3D and strain experience required
