Pool Cleaner Position

Requirements for this position are that you have:

1. a valid driver's license with a clean driving record;
2. no felony convictions (must pass a criminal background check); and
3. the ability to pass drug screening;
4. the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
5. are at least 21 years of age

No other specific experience is required as we will teach you the ASP methods designed to give our customers a great looking pool and to maximize your earning potential; however, a high school degree and Certified Pool Operator License is preferred. We are looking for self-managing individuals who want a career.

Compensation starts at $16.00+ per pool, per pool rate increases at regular intervals 90 days and annually. You will be provided your own route of pools to clean. Full Time Cleaners should expect a minimum of 10 pools per day. Training pay is $15/hr until pools cleaned per week exceeds value of training pay.

This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week.
• The ability to manage stock of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week.
• The ability to use a smart phone for our Pool Ops mobile platform.
• The ability to spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office and customer.
