More importantly, do you know how to fix the swamp?Mountaineer Cleaning & Maintenance is hiring an experienced Pool Maintenance Technician to service pools at short-term rental properties.We need someone who understands hands-on pool maintenance - testing water, reading the results, calculating chemical adjustments, treating algae and water-quality issues, cleaning pools, inspecting equipment, and spotting problems before the next guest does.Commercial pool experience alone isn't what we're looking for. Our STR pools don't have automated systems doing the chemistry calculations for you. You need to understand the chemistry and know what adjustments to make yourself.CPO certification is preferred, but not required. Pool maintenance experience and a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record are requiredFull-time W-2 position with year-round work, weekly pay and benefits after 30 days.If you actually know pools, we want to talk to you.
