Join Our Team as a Pool Concierge at Bowman Pointe!
Bowman Pointe is currently hiring for a part-time pool concierge position. This is an hourly, seasonal position that must be filled ASAP and will be held through Labor Day 2021. We are looking for 3 people who can share and rotate shifts, which are Friday evenings 5 pm - 10 pm, Saturdays 10 am - 10 pm, Sundays 10 am - 10 pm. Summer holidays, including Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day, will also need to be worked from 10 am - 10 pm. Applicants must be available to work these shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool/amenity areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of pool/amenity areas
- Walk pool/amenity areas and assist residents as needed.
- Provide a standard of service in accordance with the Fair Housing Act and Richardson Properties, LLC Policies/Procedures
- Be knowledgeable about community/amenity policies and address violations professionally
- Communicate by listening and evaluating
- Be organized and provide attention to detail
- Notify the Community Director of unsafe conditions or areas of concern
- Follow the Fair Housing Act at all times
- Conduct work using sound safety practices
- Emphasize customer service in every action on the job
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Neat and professional appearance
- Good communication skills
