Stratton Amenities is hiringPool Attendants to support the pool experience at a luxury residentialcommunity in Plano, TX. This role combines pool supervision withconcierge-level service. We're looking for a polished, hospitality-drivenprofessional who is passionate about delivering exceptional residentexperiences in an upscale environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet residents and guests with warmth andprofessionalism, verify access, and manage check-in procedures

Maintain an attentive, service-oriented presencethroughout the pool area at all times

Enforce pool rules, policies, and safety standardsconsistently and courteously

Monitor activity to ensure a safe, orderly, andenjoyable environment for all

Deliver concierge-level service, assist with residentrequests, and proactively anticipate needs

Set up and maintain the pool deck, including seating,umbrellas, and amenities

Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, restrooms, andsurrounding spaces

Complete daily opening and closing procedures

Report incidents, concerns, or maintenance issues tomanagement promptly

Support additional duties or special projects asassigned

Requirements

Prior customer service or hospitality experiencepreferred

Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills

Clear verbal and written communication skills

Ability to take initiative and work independently withsound judgment

Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiplepriorities

Comfortable enforcing rules while maintaining aguest-first approach

Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in Texasheat

Weekend and holiday availability required
