Project ManagerOur client is a leading commercial aquatic construction company specializing in the construction, renovation, and maintenance of commercial swimming pools, water parks, aquatic centers, and specialty water features. Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong foundation in site-work, excavation, foundations, structural concrete, and commercial construction to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through completion.Project Planning & ManagementManage commercial pool construction projects from contract award through project closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Coordinate all phases of construction, including excavation, foundations, reinforcing steel, structural concrete, waterproofing, mechanical systems, and pool finishes.Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues affecting cost, quality, and schedule.Conduct regular project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.Foundation & Structural OversightReview geotechnical reports, site conditions, and foundation requirements.Oversee excavation, grading, dewatering, pile installation, footings, retaining structures, and concrete operations.Ensure structural work complies with engineering plans, specifications, and applicable codes.Coordinate inspections and testing for soils, concrete, rebar, and other critical construction elements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
