About the Role
We are seeking a driven Pool Sales Representative with 5–10 years of proven success, ideally in residential construction, outdoor living, or the pool industry.
This role focuses on building relationships with developers, home builders, and contractors while driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. If you’re a relationship-focused sales professional with an established network, we’d like to connect.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, builders, and contractors
- Generate new business and grow existing accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
- Conduct client presentations and consultations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success
- Track sales activity and maintain pipeline records
- Represent the company at industry events
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of proven sales experience
- Background in construction, outdoor living, or pools preferred
- Established network with developers/builders
- Strong track record of revenue growth
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ($65,000–$70,000)
