Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously at the pool area.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions about offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the poolside service area.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred, especially in a pool or outdoor setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
