Ourexperienced pool professionals will train you to safely and professionally maintain swimming pools and spas.Three-Month Paid Training ProgramYou will receive approximately three months of hands-on, on-the-job training, Monday through Friday, whileearning $20.00 per hour.You will learn:
- Proper swimming pool and spa cleaning techniques
- Water chemistry and chemical balancing
- Safe handling and application of pool chemicals
- Pool equipment basics
- Filter cleaning and routine maintenance
- Troubleshooting common pool problems
- Customer service and professional communication
- How to efficiently manage a daily pool service route
- Proper care and organization of your assigned company vehicle, tools, and equipmentOur goal isn't simply to teach you how to clean pools. We want to train you to become a professional pool servicetechnician.What We Are Looking ForExperience isn't the most important thing to us. Attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are.
