Poolwerx Redlands is looking for dependable, motivated people who want to learn a skilled trade and build a career in
the swimming pool and spa service industry.
No pool experience is required. We will teach you.
For 42 years, Poolwerx Redlands has built its reputation by taking care of our clients and doing what is right. Our
experienced pool professionals will train you to safely and professionally maintain swimming pools and spas.
Three-Month Paid Training Program
You will receive approximately three months of hands-on, on-the-job training, Monday through Friday, while
earning $20.00 per hour.
You will learn:
• Proper swimming pool and spa cleaning techniques
• Water chemistry and chemical balancing
• Safe handling and application of pool chemicals
• Pool equipment basics
• Filter cleaning and routine maintenance
• Troubleshooting common pool problems
• Customer service and professional communication
• How to efficiently manage a daily pool service route
• Proper care and organization of your assigned company vehicle, tools, and equipment
Our goal isn't simply to teach you how to clean pools. We want to train you to become a professional pool service
technician.
What We Are Looking For
Experience isn't the most important thing to us. Attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are.
• A minimum of five years of driving experience and a good driving record
• A strong work ethic

As a Poolwerx service technician, you represent our company every time you arrive at a customer's home.
Poolwerx Redlands provides company uniforms so our technicians present a clean and professional appearance.
Employees are expected to maintain good personal hygiene and keep their uniforms clean and presentable.
Company vehicles are also part of our professional image. Your assigned vehicle should be kept clean, organized, and
properly cared for, along with the tools and equipment provided to you.
Taking pride in yourself, your uniform, your vehicle, your equipment, and the quality of your work is an
important part of being a Poolwerx professional.
Reliability Matters
Our customers depend on us, and every member of our team depends on one another. Showing up every day, on time
and ready to work, is an essential part of this position.
If dependable attendance, teamwork, personal responsibility, and accountability are not important to you, this probably

Employment Requirements
Poolwerx Redlands conducts pre-employment background checks and drug testing. Applicants must have at least five
years of driving experience and a satisfactory driving record to qualify for this position.
