About the Role:
Puddle Pools is looking for a motivated Pool Service Technician to join our growing team in beautiful Destin, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in the pool service industry with competitive pay, a company truck, and fully paid training provided.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, vacuuming, and skimming residential and commercial pools
• Test and balance water chemistry including chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and sanitizer levels
• Inspect and service pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to customers and management
• Manage a scheduled service route efficiently and professionally
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and local regulations

Requirements:

• Prior pool service, maintenance, or repair experience preferred but not required — paid training provided
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn pool systems and equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow service checklists
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and perform physical tasks
