Pool Service Technician

What You'll Do


Every day is different! You'll be responsible for maintaining residential and commercial pools while providing exceptional customer service.


Your responsibilities include:

• Clean, vacuum, brush, skim, and maintain swimming pools and spas
• Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer, and more)
• Inspect pool equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Diagnose and repair pumps, filters, heaters, motors, plumbing, and automation systems
• Identify leaks and mechanical issues before they become major problems
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding service updates and recommendations
• Maintain accurate service records using our mobile software
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Deliver reliable, professional service that exceeds customer expectations

What We're Looking For


Required

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Dependable, self-motivated, and punctual
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida's heat and weather
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
• Ability to work independently while managing a daily service route

Preferred (Not Required)

• Pool service or pool repair experience
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, irrigation, pressure washing, pest control, maintenance, or another skilled trade 
  • Salaried position 55k & UP! Depending on experience
• Knowledge of pool water chemistry
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience
