Responsibilities & Duties


Essential Functions:  
Training will be provided to help you perform each duty successfully.

• Learn to clean, service, and chemically treat residential and commercial pools.
  
  
• Assist in maintaining a safe, efficient, and profitable service route.
  
  
• Use a company-provided pickup truck, pool cleaning equipment, and chemicals.
  
  
• Complete service records and paperwork accurately.
  
  
• Monitor and manage your inventory of chemicals and supplies.
  
  
• Learn the operation of various filter systems and pool equipment.
  
  
• Follow company procedures for proper pool maintenance and customer service.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior pool route experience necessary—training is provided.
• Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate politely and effectively with customers.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions when safe.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must follow all driving rules and maintain safe, courteous driving habits.
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly.

Physical Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
  
  
• Ability to work in high heat and adverse weather conditions.
  
  
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively.
  
  
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, stretch, and climb frequently.
  
  
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle safely.
  
  
• Must be able to work around chlorineand other chemicals without allergic reactions.
