WaterWorx is looking for an experienced Pool Technician to service residential pool accounts across the Magnolia/Stagecoach area. You'll run your own route, work independently, and be the face of our company to our clients.
PREVIOUS POOL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
What You'll Do
Clean and maintain residential pools — skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and balancing chemicals
Inspect pool equipment and systems, flagging issues before they become problems
Keep accurate service records, including work performed and parts used
Communicate directly with clients about their pool's needs and recommend repairs/upgrades
Represent WaterWorx professionally on-site, every visit, every time
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in pool cleaning/maintenance (required — no exceptions)
Strong mechanical aptitude and sharp attention to detail
Self-starter who manages time well with minimal supervision
Clear, professional communication with clients
Valid driver's license
