Primary Objective of Poolside Server Position

Provides excellent guest service while serving food & beverages to patrons in pool area(s) 

Responsibilities 

• Takes food& beverage orders for poolside guests and enters into POS.
• Collects cocktailorders from Bartender, adds appropriate garnish, places on tray, and serves topatrons with cocktail napkins.
• Ensures paymentis obtained for all orders.
• Takes ordersfor and serves light meals and hors d'oeuvres.
• Requestsidentification from customers when legal age is questioned.
• Removesempty or dirty glasses and bottles and returns them to the bar or kitchen.
• Checks forsupplies such as sugar, salt, stir sticks, straws, napkins, bar towels, andmatches; requisitions additional supplies as needed
