Position Summary
This role supports multiple teams within Population Health by assisting with program management, coordinating client-specific program development, and performing administrative tasks as needed. The coordinator will plan and manage project activities related to key corporate initiatives, support the development of project work plans, execute project tasks and deliverables, help define program requirements, document processes, and report project status. This role also includes administrative responsibilities to ensure departmental goals are met.  This is a FT WFH role.

 

Pay Range

$23.34 - $26.26 hourly. Actual pay is based on qualifications. Applicants who do not exceed the minimum qualifications will only be eligible for the low end of the pay range.

Required Skills, Experience & Education:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in healthcare or a related field, and/or a licensed professional in a related healthcare field, or equivalent experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  2. 1-3 years of experience coordinating projects with cross-functional business impact; familiarity with project management tools preferred.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, with the ability to learn new software applications.
  4. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including conflict management.
  5. Consistent, on-time attendance, and able to come to work on time and daily.
  6. Maintain a professional presence in all communications.
  7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  8. Project coordination experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  10. Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, systematic approach.
  11. Ability to influence others, build consensus, and gain cooperation.

 

Primary Functions:

  1. Participate in the planning and execution of small-scale projects.
  2. Provide daily project support, including documenting requirements, tracking and managing deliverables, coordinating meetings, and reporting outcomes.
  3. Effectively manage time while tracking and prioritizing a dynamic range of tasks and assignments.
  4. Implement projects and programs assigned to the team, ensuring alignment with department objectives and strategic goals.
  5. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in interactions with employees, supervisors, stakeholders, other departments, and vendors to maximize productivity and foster positive working relationships.
  6. Complete assignments on time and regularly communicate project status, prioritization, and completion with department staff.
  7. Maintain audit tools and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  8. Oversee data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned. 

 

Working Conditions & Contact with Others

  • Office environment with extensive close PC and keyboard work, constant sitting, and phone work. Must be able to navigate multiple screens. Work in excess of standard workweek, including evenings and occasional weekends, to meet business need.

  • Internally with Population Health and Healthcare Services colleagues and leadership. Externally with vendors and employer groups.
