Porsche Parts Advisor

Requirements:
-Prior Parts Department experience required (Porsche/Audi/VW preferred)

-Reynolds&Reynolds/Ignite DMS experience required.
- Excellent knowledge of Porsche parts and accessories
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proficient in computer systems and inventory management software

Description of the role:
As a Parts Sales Associate at Porsche of Melbourne, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their Porsche parts needs. Your extensive knowledge of Porsche parts and excellent customer service skills will contribute to the overall success of the dealership. 

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and certified trained technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct Porsche parts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing accurate information
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system accordingly
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Stay updated on Porsche parts and accessories to provide customers with the most current information
