Night Receptionist
WAUKESHA, WI
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the Porsche Center, sales, service and parts making every guest feel special.
- Connect the guest with the appropriate staff to assist with their needs.
- Cashier all closed Porsche repair orders.
- Ensure the showroom is always stocked to service customers with snacks and drinks.
- Follow up with guests on recent visits, explain the survey process and ensure they had a superb experience.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Schedule and confirm upcoming service appointments.
- Help with event planning and coordination.
- Filing as needed.
Requirements
- Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy.
- Shift Hours 9:00am-6:00pm Monday - Friday
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Ability to stay stationary for long periods of time
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
