Position Summary

The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our store.

Responsibilities

• Make sure that front of house and back of house area is safe and clean

• Clean pots and pans to ensure readiness for kitchen staff to use

• Wash and disinfect appliances, display case, work surfaces, floors, walls

• Mop and take out trash

• Ensure cleaning schedule is completed

• Replenish cleaning materials, soap, paper towels and toilet paper

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Adhere to health and safety policy

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
