About the Role
Pool and Spa Depot is seeking a reliable and motivated Porter to support daily store operations in our Clarksville location. This is a seasonal role essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers while supporting inventory and store needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas, including hot tubs, spas, pools, and surrounding spaces.
- Assist customers by helping carry and load purchases as needed.
- Support incoming inventory by unpacking, organizing, pricing, and stocking merchandise efficiently.
- Ensure the store consistently meets cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and enhance the customer experience.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and maintain overall store appearance.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Flexibility for overtime and weekends; peak season may require up to six days/week.
