We are looking for a Porter / Detailer Hybrid who wants to be part of a well-run shop where effort is noticed and consistency is valued.
This is a hands-on support role combining vehicle movement, shop support, and final detailing. You’ll help keep the shop flowing smoothly and ensure vehicles are delivered clean and ready.
Move vehicles safely around the shop and parking areas
Assist with vehicle intake and delivery preparation
Perform final cleaning and detailing prior to delivery
Assist with light detailing or wash support as needed
Help keep shop and lot areas clean and organized
Support technicians and front office with vehicle staging
Perform basic checks prior to customer delivery
Represent the shop professionally during vehicle deliveries
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Attention to detail and pride in clean work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
Detailing or automotive experience is a plus, but attitude, reliability, and consistency matter most.

Incentives are based on delivered shop revenue, not individual sales or written estimates
The incentive pool activates once delivered revenue exceeds $225,000 per month
Payouts increase as shop performance improves

~$275,000 delivered: $300–$500 per person
~$325,000 delivered: $600–$900 per person
