Porter / Groundskeeper

Overview:

Richdale Apartments is seeking a dependable, motivated, and hardworking Porter/Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall curb appeal of a luxury apartment community. The position involves groundskeeping, landscaping, cleaning, light maintenance, and providing excellent service to residents and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean, attractive, and well-maintained apartment grounds and buildings.
• Perform landscaping duties such as planting, weeding, and general grounds care.
• Pick up and remove trash and maintain clean common areas.
• Assist with general pool and outdoor-area maintenance.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, including touch-up painting and changing light bulbs.
• Wash first-floor windows and assist with other cleaning duties.
• Identify maintenance or cleanliness issues and report them appropriately.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service to residents and visitors.
• Work independently and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a professional team environment.
• Perform other groundskeeping and maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of basic maintenance, groundskeeping, or general labor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to perform light maintenance and physical outdoor work.
