BG Staffing is currently seeking a dependable Porter for a residential community in Indianapolis, IN 46235This is a great opportunity for someone with apartment turn or maintenance experience who is ready to start immediately and grow into a long-term role.

Position Details

• Role: Porter
• Location: Indianapolis, IN
• Pay: $17/hr.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
• Start Date: ASAP
• Opportunity Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and common areas
• Remove trash from dumpsters, common areas, and exterior spaces
• Perform light landscaping tasks such as:
  • Raking, blowing, and debris removal
  • Watering plants and maintaining flower beds
• Assist maintenance staff with basic tasks as needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to onsite staff

Requirements

• Previous groundskeeping or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the onsite team
