*Job Title: Residential Cleaner*
*Job Description*
We are seeking a Temporary Residential Porter to support day-to-day building operations for a 12-floor senior housing property. This role is critical to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for residents during a leave coverage period. Pay depends on experience, $19-$22/hr.
*Responsibilities*

* Perform general cleaning duties across the property, including sweeping and mopping common areas.
* Manage garbage removal and maintain sanitation standards.
* Assist with unit turnover, including the removal of furniture and final cleaning and preparation for new residents.
* Support overall building upkeep and respond to day-to-day operational needs.
*Essential Skills*

* Ability to read, write, and speak effectively.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*

* Experience in cleaning and sanitation is preferred.

*Work Environment*
Work hours are Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Thursday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling approximately 35 hours per week. This temporary position covers an employee on leave and involves working in a senior housing property across 12 floors. Dress code is casual and appropriate for cleaning duties.
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Brooklyn, NY.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
