The Porter/Janitor at Milea Auto Group is responsible for ensuring cleanliness and organization within company facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for employees and customers. Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize designated areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals
Perform maintenance tasks such as light repairs and painting
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
Follow health and safety regulations
Assist with moving vehicles as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in janitorial or maintenance role preferred
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail
Physical stamina and dexterity for tasks such as lifting and bending
