Responsibilities

Shop and Lot Maintenance: Keep the dealership lot clean, ensuring it is free from debris and well-maintained on a daily basis.

Vehicle Presentation: Maintain a neat and attractive display of vehicles by positioning them correctly and ensuring they are clean.

Customer Assistance: Greet customers in a friendly manner, offer assistance with locating vehicles of interest, and provide answers to any questions they may have.

Inventory Oversight: Keep track of vehicle locations, ensuring they are readily available for test drives and showcasing.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and provide necessary assistance.

Dependability: Punctuality and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds.

Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills to ensure vehicles are clean, properly positioned, and in good condition.

Customer Service: Friendly and positive attitude with excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively.

Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain an organized and efficient work area.

Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license to move and position vehicles as needed.
