The Facility Staff is responsible for supporting the daily maintenance, cleanliness, and overall operations of the building and facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain building cleanliness and ensure supplies are stocked as needed
- Perform cleaning and maintenance duties, including removing snow and debris from sidewalks, stairs, and surrounding areas using hand tools or small power equipment
- Assist with setting up facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences, and special events
- Strip, clean, buff, seal, and finish hard surface floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets
- Lock and unlock assigned buildings and secure facilities when not in use by checking doors and windows, turning off lights, and reporting any unauthorized occupants
- Complete general errands and support operational needs as assigned
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
