The Porter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the restaurant to support smooth daily operations.
- They clean and sanitize all areas, including kitchen, dining, bar, restrooms, and exterior spaces.
- Perform regular sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and deep-cleaning tasks.
- Restock supplies, organize deliveries, and assist with dishwashing and equipment cleaning.
- Ensure safety by addressing hazards, reporting repairs, and following sanitation regulations.
- Support kitchen and service teams to promote a positive guest and team experience.
Requirements include: previous cleaning experience preferred, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, physical stamina, attention to detail, and flexibility with scheduling. The role is full-time or part-time, nonexempt, with 20-40 hours/week, reporting to the Culinary Manager. The company provides equal employment opportunities.
