LOCATION:
54 Nagle Ave, New York, NY 10040 (Upper Manhattan).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
General maintenance and custodial duties, including but not limited to:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, and high-traffic areas.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Driver’s License Class D, or higher.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
WORK AUTHORIZATION & CLEARANCE:
- Documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Must pass the background check and other pre-employment requirements.
SCHEDULE:
- Full-time; 8-hour work day; 40-hour work week.
- Sunday through Thursday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
COMPENSATION:
- Paid at $20 per hour.
- Eligible for salary increases under the collective bargaining agreement (CBA).
