Summary of Position As the guest’s first and last impression of the hotel, provide exemplary customer service ensuring each and every guest experience is flawless and memorable. Duties and Responsibilities Provide warm and professional greeting to guests and anticipate their needs before they arise. Escort all guests to their accommodations, assisting with their luggage as required. Inform guests about all hotel and guest room features, hotel facilities and emergency procedures Ensure hotel public areas as well as departmental equipment is clean and presentable at all times Provide assistance to other departments including, but not limited to, housekeeping, maintenance, and laundry as needed Complete minor maintenance tasks Complete front desk attendant duties during lunch and breaks as needed Share knowledge of the Park and surrounding area with all guest Understand Company’s ISO management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas Other duties per Duties Checklist and as assigned Position Requirements Provide excellent customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations We maintain a drug-free workplace to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.
