Porter Sales/Service
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to fill the role of Porter Sales/Service in our company. The primary responsibilities of this position include providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, as well as assisting with sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Help customers with any questions or concerns they may have
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives, including promoting products or services to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Help load and unload products and assist with carrying heavy items to customer vehicles
- Provide support to the sales team as needed, including assisting with inventory management and processing transactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and punctual
