Porter - Service Department

Join the team at Jaguar - Land Rover - Volvo - Tom Wood JLRV, Indy as a Porter in our Service Department located in Indianapolis, IN. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our service area by maintaining vehicle flow and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely move vehicles throughout the dealership and service areas as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service department vehicles and lot.
• Assist technicians and service advisors with vehicle preparation and delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and directing them appropriately.
• Ensure vehicles are parked and staged in designated areas following company standards.
• Support other service department tasks as assigned to help maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicle models safely and confidently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience as a porter or in a similar role is a plus.
