Metro Kia of Madison is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Porter / Shuttle Driver to join our dealership team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, interacting with customers, and being part of a fast-paced team.

Position: Porter / Shuttle Driver

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Transport Service customers to and from the dealership as needed.

• Drive dealership vehicles safely and responsibly.

• Assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Keep vehicles clean and ready for Service customers.

• Assist the Sales and Service departments with vehicle movement and general porter duties.

• Maintain an organized and clean Service drive.

• Assist with basic dealership tasks and other duties as assigned.

• Follow all dealership safety procedures and driving policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean and acceptable driving record.

• Safe and responsible driving habits.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Strong customer-service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to safely enter, exit, and move around vehicles throughout the workday.

• Previous dealership, automotive, porter, delivery, or customer-service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
