Pay Rate: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM OR 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Portfolio Accounting Analyst Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the mortgage, accounting, or financial corporate field
• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Job Duties

• Set up and maintain asset profiles in the trust accounting and reporting system
• Reconcile financial data across multiple databases and reporting platforms
• Manage daily cash receipting, wire transfers, and investment transactions
• Journalize and reconcile daily cash and investment activity
• Coordinate with the Operations Group on bond and loan settlements
• Review and reconcile overdrawn accounts
• Respond promptly to bondholder and client inquiries
