The EPIC Portfolio Administration Lead we are looking for:

Reporting to the Portfolio Administration Manager , we are looking for an experienced Lead Analyst to support the Portfolio Administration department's rapidly expanding scope. In addition to traditional portfolio administration responsibilities, this team now supports fraud investigations, provider risk reviews, financial recovery efforts, vendor management, reporting initiatives, system enhancement projects, and cross-functional partnerships with Fraud, Compliance, Treasury, Enablement, IT, and Engineering.

As a Portfolio Administration Lead, you will:

  • Assisting with oversight of newer and more complex department initiatives
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for fraud, recovery, provider risk, and portfolio management functions
  • Supporting cross-functional projects and operational improvements
  • Assisting with provider recovery efforts, recourse reviews, and financial exposure analysis
  • Supporting reporting development, data validation, and portfolio analytics
  • Assisting with vendor coordination and recovery operations
  • Conducting research and preparing recommendations for escalated matters
  • Supporting quality assurance efforts across expanded department functions
  • Assisting with training and development as new responsibilities are introduced
  • Helping manage project work and strategic initiatives that extend beyond the department's core functions

This role would allow management to focus on provider relationships, enterprise-level initiatives, recovery strategy, vendor oversight, legal matters, and long-term operational improvements while ensuring the department can continue to support its expanding responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in portfolio administration, financial operations, fraud/recovery, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a subject matter expert across provider risk, recovery, and portfolio management functions.
  • Experience supporting fraud investigations, recourse reviews, or financial exposure/recovery analysis a plus.
  • Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Fraud, Compliance, Treasury, Enablement, IT, and Engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting development, data validation, or portfolio analytics.
  • Ability to research complex or escalated issues and prepare clear, well-supported recommendations.
  • Comfortable mentoring or training others as departmental responsibilities evolve.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and be self-motivated
  • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel
