Portfolio Associate - Boutique Multi-Family Office in Westchester County

Our client, a boutique multi-family office managing over $3 billion in assets, is looking to add a Portfolio Associate to their team in Westchester, NY. This is a great opportunity to join a lean, high-touch environment where you'll work directly with leadership and gain visibility across portfolio operations and investment support functions.

Responsibilities:

• Support portfolio construction and rebalancing
• Conduct attribution analysis, portfolio reporting, and performance analytics
• Assist in qualitative and quantitative research of mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds, private equity, and other investment vehicles
• Execute and reconcile trades; oversee day-to-day portfolio administration
• Prepare presentation materials for client and partner meetings, including allocation summaries, performance reports, and financial planning documents

Requirements:

• 5-15 years of investment management experience, including mutual fund/ETF/alternative investment due diligence, and experience with systems such as FACTSET, Tamarac, Morningstar Direct, Salesforce, and E-Money.
• Strong Excel skills, coding skills, and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
• CFA or CFA track highly preferred

$115k - $200K base (dependent on experience)
