Our client is seeking a Senior Portfolio / Program Delivery Lead, located in the GTA, working a Hybrid model.
We are looking for a senior delivery professional to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives across a complex, enterprise environment. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, driving alignment, prioritization, and execution across cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Managing a portfolio of initiatives and workstreams end-to-end
Partnering with business and technical stakeholders to align priorities and delivery plans
Translating business needs into clear, actionable execution roadmaps
Leading Agile delivery practices including planning, backlog management, and progress tracking
Identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers, and driving resolution
Communicating updates, priorities, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
What You Bring
8 years of experience in program, portfolio, or delivery management
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a complex environment
Strong stakeholder management skills with direct business-facing experience
Hands-on experience with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
Experience leading delivery across cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
Nice to Have
Experience working in large, complex organizations
Exposure to data, platform, or advanced technology initiatives
PMP, Scrum Master, or related certification
