We are looking for a senior delivery professional to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives across a complex, enterprise environment. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, driving alignment, prioritization, and execution across cross-functional teams.

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you will influence prioritization, drive execution, and partner closely with both business and technology teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing a portfolio of initiatives and workstreams end-to-end
• Partnering with business and technical stakeholders to align priorities and delivery plans
• Translating business needs into clear, actionable execution roadmaps
• Leading Agile delivery practices including planning, backlog management, and progress tracking
• Identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers, and driving resolution
• Communicating updates, priorities, and outcomes to senior stakeholders

What You Bring

• 8 years of experience in program, portfolio, or delivery management
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a complex environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with direct business-facing experience
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
• Experience leading delivery across cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics

Nice to Have

• Experience working in large, complex organizations
• Exposure to data, platform, or advanced technology initiatives
• PMP, Scrum Master, or related certification
