Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Financial Analyst to join its team of property management professionals at an assigned portfolio in Boston and surrounding areas. The Financial Analyst maximizes the performance of an assigned portfolio through in-depth data analysis and budget management. This role is responsible for the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting and variance tracking. The analyst relies on solid hand-on experience with RealPage Onesite to extract data, monitor property performance and optimize portfolio profitability.
