Job Description
A financial services firm is seeking a Portfolio Implementation Specialist (RFI Response) for a fully remote opportunity. This role supports the creation, organization, and alignment of portfolio initiatives within Jira Align using established hierarchy, taxonomy, and governance standards.
About the Opportunity:
Shift: Day shift
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: Standard business
Setting: Remote
Responsibilities:
Create, populate, and organize portfolio initiative records within Jira Align
Align initiatives to approved hierarchy, taxonomy, and governance standards
Work directly with portfolio leaders and internal teams to coordinate initiative onboarding
Validate data accuracy and perform quality checks on portfolio records
Track buildout progress and support reporting related to initiative completion
Qualifications:
Experience supporting portfolio, program, or initiative implementation efforts in a structured enterprise environment
Experience working in Jira Align or a similar portfolio management platform
Strong ability to organize, map, and align large sets of records to defined standards
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders to complete onboarding or implementation work
Ability to perform detailed data validation and quality reviews
Desired Skills:
Experience supporting portfolio hierarchy or taxonomy-driven work
Experience preparing status updates or progress reporting for implementation activities
Familiarity with financial services or enterprise portfolio operations
