Position: Portfolio Management Lead/Security Engineering
Location: Newtown Square PA, OR Charlotte, NC, OR Scottsdale, AZ, OR Dallas, TX

Role Summary:
Security Engineering Portfolio Management Lead
- The Security Engineering Portfolio Management Lead is responsible for driving strategic planning, business operations, workforce planning, financial management, and portfolio governance across SAEP.
- This role partners closely with senior leaders to align resources, investments, and priorities to business objectives while providing actionable insights that support decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
- The role serves as a key partner in planning, prioritization, and operational optimization, ensuring the organization is positioned to achieve both near-term goals and long-term strategic outcomes.
- Focuses on determining priorities, aligning resources and investments, and driving strategic and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Workforce Planning and Capacity Management
- Lead workforce planning activities to ensure organizational capacity aligns with current priorities, strategic objectives, and anticipated future demand.
- Analyze resource utilization, capacity constraints, and workforce trends to support hiring strategies, resource allocation decisions, and long-term planning.
2.Financial Planning, Forecasting, and Governance
- Support financial planning processes, including budget development, forecasting, variance analysis, and ongoing financial performance monitoring.
- Provide financial insights and governance to help ensure effective allocation of resources, transparency of spending, and alignment with business objectives.
3. Portfolio Prioritization and Investment Analysis
- Facilitate portfolio planning and prioritization activities, helping leaders evaluate competing initiatives, resource demands, risks, and business value.
- Develop business cases, investment analyses, and data-driven recommendations to support strategic investment and funding decisions.
4. Executive Reporting, KPIs, and Dashboards

- Partner with leadership to support strategic planning, operational goal setting, and execution of business priorities.
- Coordinate planning activities, governance processes, and operating rhythms to ensure alignment between strategy, financial objectives, and organizational execution.

- Identify opportunities to improve planning, governance, reporting, and operational processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and business value.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, streamline decision-making, and support achievement of strategic objectives.
