JD: Resource will need experience and insights in to the enterprise capital process to support the capital planning process for the business and partner with IT. They will also need experience managing the business, Ops and Tech components of a project to lead from a true E2E perspective... project oversight will span growth, integration, efficiencies, product & experience and compliance

Required skillset:
5+ years of progressive experience in portfolio, program, or project management, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
Expertise in portfolio management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate across functions and levels.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PfMP, PMP).
