    • Define, document, and continuously improve demand intake workflows and SOX control change lifecycle.
    • Configure or administer portfolio and workflow tools used to support intake, tracking, and reporting.
    • Facilitate coordination across cross-functional stakeholder teams to ensure requests and control changes move efficiently through the process.
    • Produce operational reporting on demand pipeline health, intake throughput, and control change activity.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline intake, governance workflows, and portfolio operational processes.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Project/Portfolio Management, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience gained through work in a technology organization.
    • 8 years of experience working in a technology organization supporting portfolio operations, demand management, PMO functions, governance, or technology planning.
    • Working knowledge of SOX controls, technology delivery lifecycles, and change governance processes.
    • Experience operating portfolio or workflow tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Planview, ServiceNow, Clarity, or similar platforms.
    • Demonstrated ability to design and operationalize intake processes or governance workflows.
    • Strong stakeholder facilitation and coordination skills across technical and business teams.
    • Ability to translate governance requirements into practical operational processes.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting SOX control environments or regulated industries.
    • Experience administering or configuring workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, ADO).
