Job Summary: The Portfolio Operations Specialist plans, commits, and controls the deployment of resources in response to customer, program, and business requirements. They will direct the development, integration, implementation, and management of new ore revised programs, plans strategies or processes. They maintain status information of program ad customer commitments and monitors compliance to plan. They will interface with management throughout the Enterprise from many occupations and organizations to provide leadership and coordination.

This position's internal job code is Business Ops Specialist. Our team is currently hiring for levels 2-3.

Position Responsibilities: Interface with cross-functional teams across the organization to provide agile coordination and program support

Proven ability to execute operational strategies across programs and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and alignment with business objectives

Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, with excellent communication and delivery management skills

Proficiency in monitoring program performance, tracking key metrics, and maintaining accurate status reporting to ensure compliance and execution

Experience managing meeting operations, including scheduling, logistics, documentation, and action item tracking

Support leadership reviews by preparing reports and obtaining approvals for program strategies and execution plans

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, maintain organized records, and support compliance with regulatory or security requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

1 or more years' experience as an Administrative Assistant

1 or more years' experience in program planning, project coordination, or business operations support

Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience working with cross functional matrix organizational structures

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 2+ years of experience in the Aerospace Industry

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Operations

Experience working with US Government customers

2+ years' experience with program or project management frameworks

Familiarity with risk management and mitigation planning

Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies

Experience working with leadership stakeholders

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience managing multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Summary pay range: Level 2: $81,600 - $120,000 Level 3: $101,150 - $148,750

Millennium is DDTC-registered, ITAR-compliant Company. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Applicants MUST be U.S. citizens and eligible for a security clearance.
